Why do we need you ?

To strengthen our User Support Services team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled IT Operations Engineer who is passionate about operational excellence, service quality and continuous improvement. You will: • Provide high-quality, remote and on-site (where appropriate) IT support to end users across Benelux locations, ensuring business continuity and user satisfaction. • Act as the second and third line support for IT incidents, service requests, and technical guidance, supporting the digital workplace strategy. • Act as the Service Owner for current or to be developed Digital Workplace related services (i.e. Media4Display narrowcasting, Cloud PBX solutions, Mobile & Rugged devices management, Sharepoint) • Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services by identifying recurring issues and proposing solutions.

Is this job for you ?

As an IT Operations Engineer USS, you play a central role in guaranteeing the stability, availability and performance of our end‑user IT environment. You act as a technical expert for daily IT operations, workplace platforms and support processes. You bring: • Proven experience in IT support or service desk roles, preferably in a global organization and complex multi-site environment. • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management. • Knowledge of SCCM, Intune, scripting (i.e. PowerShell) • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work independently. • Experience with ITSM tools and asset management systems. • Fluency in English and Dutch (French is a plus). • Driver's license • Relevant degree in technology (or related), with a focus on IT • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, MCITP, CompTIA A+) are an advantage.
