To support our goals and to expand our Customer Solutions team we are currently looking for a

Functional Analyst (Senior)

He or she will join a growing international team that is responsible for developing Core B2C and B2B Customer Applications in an Agile way and keeping them secure, needs to be able to understand the business, have a process-driven mindset and translate this to new functional requirements. He or she will report to the team leader of the Customer Solutions team.

The challenge ahead for our Customer Solutions team is supporting enhanced e-Commerce Business and Digital Customer Experiences initiatives.

Function:

  • Gathering clear requirements
  • Analysis: Business requirements, processes and system integration aspect and solution design
  • Writing Functional designs/specs, Non-Functional Requirements and Test Scenarios
  • Performing tests of the deliverables
  • Be intermediary (functional/technical) for evolutions between all stakeholders (e.g. Business Owner, Key-Users, Business Analysts, programmers, architect)
  • Documentation in UML, User Story Mapping, Activity Diagrams
  • Leading in Rollout of Applications and Training of Key Users
  • Giving support on legacy application (plan/prioritize/work with SLA’s)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must have:

  • Educated at degree level (Bachelor or higher)
  • At least 5 years’ experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Able to understand complex flows and have the overview to improve them
  • Able to work under pressure, independently and taking the ownership
  • Flexible attitude (no 9 to 5 work mentality), highly motivated and committed
  • Good communication on different levels
  • Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) or Master Data Management (MDM) applications
  • Experience with working in a Delivery Organization for Web Applications

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge and experience of .NET and/or PHP, Java
  • Knowledge of Riversand, Akeneo, Hybris
  • Experience in automotive/after-market industry
  • Familiarity with working for Sales & Marketing stakeholders

Who are we ?

Saint-Gobain Autover International B.V. distributes automotive glass & a full package of related products in the replacement market worldwide and consists of a Sales department and 2 central departments: an International Product Management & Marketing department and an IT Competence Center. Glassdrive International is a European chain of fitting stations, has around 800 stations and is the 2nd biggest chain in Europe. Saint-Gobain Autover International B.V. and Glassdrive International are both part of the multinational Saint-Gobain and are located in one and the same office in Roosendaal, The Netherlands. In total 45 people are currently employed in Roosendaal.

IT Competence Center

The Competence Center was established in 1998 and the aim is to develop, implement, and maintain IT Solutions for all Autover and Glassdrive companies, in order to manage finance/controlling, purchasing, Warehousing, logistics and sales (SAP), eCommerce (Autovershop/webshop), Product Management (PIM), Customer relationship Management (CRM), Websites (B2C, internal), Claim Management Glassdrive business (Horizons), Reporting: operational and decision making tool (BI-tools)

The CC is composed of approximately 15 internal consultants and 21 externals (on site, France, Brazil, Poland, India) and has 4 teams (the Business Solution-, Customer Solution-, Finance and a Logistics team) a Business Analyst and a PMO/Project Manager

The scope is international: 19 countries (deployment ongoing), we have around 4000 tickets (incident/evolution) per year and on average a 30 active projects.
