Why do we need you ?

Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful long-range marketing strategy plan (keeping 3 – 5 years’ horizon) for new and existing products. This includes contributions to M&A projects as well.
Direct market research activities to keep abreast of new projects across the region and other key markets there by emphasizing innovation.
Develop and effectively execute new product launches and product range optimization.
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing team objectives for different channels and segments.
Co-develop and be responsible for the sales action plans jointly with the commercial director, including price positioning.
Develop and implement communication/media strategies that successfully deliver relevant information to key stakeholders (external and internal).
Deliver Digital roadmap with specific Focus on enhancing/developing social media and digital marketing tools.
Achieve financial objectives (Sales & Margin) by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Manage the use of external resources as they pertain to the marketing and communications function.
Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs and determining company presence at conventions, trade associations, and seminars.
Develop marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.

Is this job for you ?

5-10 years marketing experience preferably in the Building Materials/related industry with managerial role
Experienced in managing/developing a marketing team
Master’s degree in marketing or MBA in Marketing or equivalent
Ability to travel within EMME region
Fluent in Arabic and English, French is a plus
