How will I utilise my expertise?

We have a fantastic opportunity at our Telford Works site for a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to work alongside a large yet close-knit Maintenance team on a full time 3-shift pattern, including nights. Backed by a manager who always looks to promote internal development, you will:

  • Provide routine maintenance to restore and maintain key plant equipment to optimum performance
  • Adopt an analytical approach to problem solving to identify the root cause of failures and offer innovative solutions
  • Assist with the installation of plant improvement projects and services on site
  • Support a safe and effective work environment through on the job risk assessments and safety initiatives

  • A qualified electrical/mechanical engineer (ONC or equivalent/above)  
  • Previous experience within an industrialised, manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with organisational safety requirements
  • The ability to read and fault find from hydraulic or electrical schematic drawings
  • A positive, can-do approach to work and a real time player
