How will you support us? How you will utilise your expertise? What impact will you have in this role?

 

This role is working with Weber where they are the Formulator and manufacturer of building materials for the facade, construction mortars, flooring systems and tile fixing markets, Weber's well established product range includes monocouche renders, external wall insulation systems, tile adhesives/grouts, levelling compounds and specialist construction products.

 

In the role as a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical)- Electrical you will;

 

  • Reacting and fixing issues around the plant with some of the latest machinery
  • looking at problem areas and trying to identify solutions and improvements and making these suggestions to be implemented
  • Job requests from operators so it is not just electrician work but more general tasks- where possible as well, so the role is massively varied

In order to be successful in this role, you must have;

 

  • Plant/ factory environment experience working with factory or plant floors in an electrical capacity
  • self-motivating- we want you to be able to push yourself in this role and we will support you throughout your career
  • Certifications are a nice to have but we value experience as well!
  • Be hands on- in this role you will have the freedom to be very hands on with any fixes in and around the plant
