The successful candidate will be the technical expert relating to product and process and will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring early product management and early equipment management is fully supported;
  • Maintaining current efficiencies;
  • Lead loss reduction through WCM activities;
  • Continuous improvement relating to industrial efficiency.

We are looking for someone with a good mechanical understanding and significant experience in a technical environment to join our production team.  

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to use their technical skills in a supportive, dynamic and forward-thinking environment. Working alongside a team of experienced Technical Engineers, you will be supported to help you grow and develop new skills. The projects you will work on will make a big difference for both our Production Teams and New Product Introduction.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic team player with an HND or Degree in an Engineering Discipline or with demonstrable work experience in a technical role. You will need to have a technical aptitude, and Lean Six Sigma green belt or significant experience in relevant WCM Pillars/Routes.

Desirable, but not essential, experience includes:

  • Presentation of technical information to others;
  • Justification of capital investment;
  • Industry specific requirements, e.g. IATF and ISO.
