Who are we ?

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Graduate Process Engineer to join our passionate and knowledgeable Quality Department as the Process Engineer. This exciting role will see you as one of the key members of the quality team, utilising your experience and skills to achieve quality KPI’s, ensuring our manufacturing process is controlled at an optimal cost with zero defects to the customer and to complete important activities, including the development of the Product Quality Control Plan; QPC Step 0, communicate and train new standard methods effectively and develop standard procedures to ensure product safety and compliance.

The Quality department works closely with the performance teams, the production and customer service departments to assure continuous quality improvement and quality assurance.


What will you be doing in the role?


In the role as Process Engineer you will;


  • Ensure Safety is at the forefront of everything you do and proactively contribute to strengthen our Safety culture.
  • Develop control plans and Audit site compliance to procedures as defined within the company management system, QPC Step 0.
  • Provide assistance with quality testing to support the changing needs of the site.
  • Support New Product Development Projects and support plant trials, in particular, linked to plans to use 40% own mined rock in the manufacturing process.
  • Support the Quality Engineer in restoring basic quality standards to the factory.

  • Strong desire to work in a team and lead projects.
  • Good organisation/project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects at a time.
  • High attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills with ability to make appropriate recommendations.
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to investigate process failures through data analysis or statistical process control tools and recommend corrective actions.
  • Strong desire to participate in continuous improvement projects and follow lean manufacturing practices.
