Our Transport department service all of Saint-Gobain’s UK brands, supporting a fleet of over 5000 diverse and complex mechanical assets. We’re a friendly and high performing team, with excellent facilities and public transport at our site in Southampton.

What impact will I have in this role?

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Fleet Administrator to join the team in providing administrative and operational support to the provision and use of Commercial Vehicles and Materials Handling Equipment throughout Saint-Gobain in the UK.

Your key day to day duties will include:

  • Assisting in the production of Fleet KPIs and understanding how to potentially positively affect outcomes/results.
  • Achieving statutory compliance relevant to your specific area of responsibility.
  • Producing Purchase Order Numbers and assisting in the control of incoming costs.
  • Accurately maintaining the FleetWave Database and all other relevant electronic records.
  • Managing enquiries from user departments and seeking adequate resolutions where problems exist.
  • Following functional procedures accurately and identifying improvement opportunities.
