How will you support us?


This role is working with Vetrotech, who since 1980 were the first company uniquely specialized in the development, manufacture and distribution of sustainable fire-resistant and security glass of the highest resistance classes. You will be responsible for excellent administrative duties whilst providing world class customer service by ensuring that all estimating, sales orders and deliveries are carried out within the required time frames.


In the role as a Sales Coordinator you will;


  • Receive and process customer orders, including order vetting, printing of paperwork and query resolution and carry out general admin duties.

  • Liaise with customers and factories to ensure delivery dates can be achieved in line with production capacity and logistics as well as complete the checking of all orders to ensure they are correct and are within test.

  • Liaise with the customers, transport companies and factories to arrange delivery of the orders and address / resolve customer queries including delivery dates and technical information.

  • Estimating and quote chasing using the CRM system as well as Credit Control and debt chasing.

  • Enter supplier invoices into the SAP system.
