The role will be initially based in Bradford BD4, but will relocate to Elland HX5, when the business moves into new premises in early 2020.

How will you support us?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic customer service and sales focused team. You will deal with customer queries, orders and sales related to our national online service through a network of branches around the UK.
•Proactively contact new customers and business opportunities and carry out effective telesales campaigns to meet agreed new customer targets (numbers & turnover)
•Support Distribution External Sales Team with diary management and customer appointment bookings
•Assess eCommerce business opportunities within existing customer base and assist in converting accounts to using eCommerce tool
•Liaise with Customer Service Teams to ensure customers are handled at the appropriate level to create cohesive and consistent approach to customer service solutions within the local market
•Develop a thorough understanding of the Distribution processes, operating procedures and systems including GPS Order, Dynamics and Salesforce to handle customer queries, complaints and support the branch network as required.

•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a great telephone manner
•The ability to manage your time effectively to navigate around different systems to create a reactive and efficient response for customers
•A strong customer focus and the ability to cultivate customer intimacy
•Have a willingness to learn, show initiative and be highly trustworthy
•Past experience in a sales or customer service environment would be desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
