What impact will you have in this role?

This role is working with Glasssolutions, particularly with our Insulated Class Units. We are a market leader, driven by innovation and a passion for delivering high quality products that offer thermal insulation, sun protection, sound reduction, and low maintenance solutions. You will be an integral part of our operation with your ability to;

  • Continually strengthen existing relationship and increase sales through offering a high level of service.
  • Develop new business in the territory by identifying opportunities, and knowing how our products will meet these needs.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date CRM system that allows us to have better insight into our customer’s needs, and forecast demand.
  • Being a strong communicator, working well with the wider team so we can deliver the best products and experiences.

  • You will be energetic, charismatic, and passionate about growing this role and making it your own.
  • You are well organised and have a natural desire to upskill and build your product knowledge, helping you to achieve your KPI’s
  • You will have a background in sales – this may not necessarily be in an Area Sales Manager role, but you understand the process, and see this as a forward step in your career.
  • You will already be in working in, or have knowledge of the glass industry – this may be directly or indirectly, such as supplying into.
  • A strong local knowledge would be advantageous, and a full clean licence is a must.
