This role is initially based at our Bradford site, but we are moving to a new location early next year to Elland.

                                                                                                                                                 

How will you support us?

This role is working with Glassolutions where you will be responsible for driving the sales of Glassolutions products and services across the distribution network. You will also support the acquisition and retention of customers through ongoing support with account management and customer related activities.

 

In the role as a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator you will;

 

  • Support our busy and varied branch with inbound customer calls including queries on; sales, deliveries, complaints etc.
  • Support with customer Live Chats
  • Support sales with proactively contacting new customers and business opportunities
  • Manage incoming orders via our e-commerce tool / application
  • Support distribution external sales team with diary management and customer appointment booking.

In order to be successful in this role, you must have;

  • Experience and the passion within a customer service focused background
  • Key account management experience
  • Excellent communication and IT Literate skills – as you will be involved with using various systems we have
  • Excellent professionalism and phone manner
  • A result focused mind
  • The flexibility to manage various workloads in the busy environment, including admin duties
