Customer Experience Co-ordinator

Here at Saint-Gobain Glassolutions we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role would be perfect for someone with a customer experience background, either face-to-face or via telephone/email, who is wanting to join a fast-paced, customer-centric business. Good administration and organisational skills are essential, as well as a keen eye for detail and the ability to develop rapport with customers to provide consistently excellent service. No prior experience of the glass industry is required: full product training will be provided.

The role itself is very varied – no two days at Glassolutions are the same. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Order and estimation entry
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Professionally handling customer complaints and service failings
  • Updating client records and databases
  • Supporting the Area Sales Managers and other internal stakeholders with queries and technical support
