This is a temporary role that is anticipated to run between 6 and 9 months and requires you to work Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 5pm.


How will you support us?

This role is working with Weber, one of our group brands, where you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance service and delivering associated improvement projects and increasing the standards of the service provided to our customers to ensure that Weber provides a World-Class service to its customers at all times.

In the role as a Customer Experience Executive you will;

  • Actively contributes to the identification of improvement activities, through journey mapping and root cause analysis, providing solutions and actively managing the solution into place.
  • To design, plan, manage and deliver change and improvement driven projects spanning the people, process and customer streams of the Customer Experience Strategy.
  • Take ownership of customer feedback following surveys, building strong relationships with customers to further understand issues, highlighting and implementing the necessary improvements to improve customer loyalty.
  • Support customers who have been disappointed with the service they have received, using own initiative to ensure a resolution is agreed and actioned within a timely manner and the situation is used to strengthen the relationship with the customer.
  • Play a pivotal part in supporting the Customer Experience Strategy to ensure Weber can deliver World Class service standards across the entire customer journey and lifecycle.

In order to be successful in this role, you must have/be;


  • Previous Customer Service experience within a busy environment.
  • Previous project management experience.
  • Experience of dealing with a complaint case load and being comfortable managing difficult conversations.
  • Competent in the use of the following systems to a high standard: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project.
  • A Professional accreditation with a recognised Project Management body like the Association for Project Management {APM), Prince2 or other relevant Project Management Qualification would be desirable.
