You’ll be working for Minster in Truro. Minster is one of more than 30+ exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK and is the specialist distributors of insulation, dry lining, ceilings, partitions, fire protection and external envelope solutions. Since 2005, our business has continued to grow, and we now have 25 dedicated branches and distribution facilities working hard to service customers nationwide.

There are some specific skills we are looking for from suitable candidates;

  • Previous experience in order processing would be desirable but it not essential
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels confidently
  • Ability to work within a team locally and nationally
  • Numerical aptitude & excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the industry preferred but not essential
  • Confident MS Office skills

What will I be doing in the role?
Our Sales Coordinators are one of our most important roles in the business. A great Sales Coordinator will help keep our business running smoothly and continue to build and develop customer relationships and sales opportunities. To support the business, you will;

  • Ensure customer orders and queries are processed and answered in a timely manner
  • Ensure that the branch is the best provider of customer service locally and nationally as defined by the Customer
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve product and industry knowledge.
