We have an opportunity for a Sales Specialist to join our award-winning branch in Royston, Hertfordshire. This role will see the successful candidate contributing to the maximising profitability through successfully building strong working relationships with our valued customers, colleagues and suppliers

What impact will I have in this role?

In the role as Sales Specialist, you will contribute towards an excellent customer experience and work towards branch sales and profit targets by:

  • Making the most of all customer interactions and building strong, effective relationships with customers and suppliers, whilst responding to their feedback accordingly
  • Carrying out all cash transactions and till processes accurately and safeguard companies stock, money and all other company assets.
  • Consistently achieving your sales, stock and productivity targets
  • Always looking for new ways of working to improve efficiency
  • Going out of your way to ensure customers have a good experience
