We are currently recruiting for a: Digital Sales Coordinator

                                                12 month fixed term contract (Salary band: £20-23k)

Based: Head Office, Springfield Road, Belfast

 

About this role

This role is a key addition to our business as we build our online presence and develop our digital sales strategy. Reporting to the digital ICT Manager the post holder will have responsibility for the maintenance of the website working closely with our dynamic marketing, commercial, and sales teams whilst supporting our click & collect operations.

 

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required

 

This opportunity is ideally suited to someone with strong cross-functional exposure having the solid experience to deliver the following key duties and responsibilities:

·Analyse, plan and execute an SEO, SEM and link-building strategy to increase organic traffic

·Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites

·Conduct keyword research and recommend on-going improvements

·Keep pace search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments

·Have a firm grasp of B2B digital best practices

·Research of current market trends

·Monitor and implement strategies to improve lead conversions and customer retention

·Create and upload copy and images for product optimisation and management.

·Work alongside other departments in order to analyse data, present results and make the product more user-centric

·Perform research to optimise existing content and uncover new opportunities

·Monitor analytics and conduct in-depth and regular audits of websites, applications and competitor performance

·Make recommendations resulting from customer feedback

 

 

Suitable applicants will ideally:

If this sounds like you and this could be the role for you. You will need to have:

  • 2+ years experience of e-commerce with knowledge of Content Management Systems
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Adwords
  • Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation techniques
  • Proven problem-solving ability
  • Self-Motivated, Team-Oriented, Goal-Oriented
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional manner
  • Advantageous to have prior experience of Product Information Management
