How will you support us?

This role is working with our Croydon branch at Minster and Jewson. As a Branch Sales Manager with Minster, you will set high standards of customer experience and build successful working relationships with customers, staff and suppliers to deliver sustainable profitable sales growth and gain market share within the marketplace.


As a Branch Sales Manager with Minster, you will: 

  • Manage a team of 2 internal sales team members
  • Sales will be a key part of the role. We have someone else managing the operations side of the branch
  • Develop and manage the branch customer portfolio, building effective supplier relationships in order to maximise customer sales opportunities
  • Build close and trusted working relationships with operational colleagues to ensure excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction are delivered
  • Work with the Area Sales Manager and Sales Director to define and implement Regional sales plans

To be suitable for the Branch Sales Manager role you will have: 

  • Proven experience within a sales manager role
  • Strong leadership skills and commercial focus
  • Proven experience in customer facing business and a proactive sales/customer focused environment
  • The ability to communicate and influence at all levels, working both within a team locally and nationally
  • The drive and hunger to develop and progress forward with processes and yourself
