Our JP Corry Robert Guy (Ballymena) team are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the continued expansion of our sales teams. You’ll support the sales process from start to finish, liaising with both our sales teams and customers internally and externally, to help drive

As a Sales Coordinator with JP Corry, you will:

  • Support the external Sales team with customer requests e.g. technical information, updated quotes or required product certification.
  • Place direct sales orders, organise delivery times, and notify customers.
  • Follow up on general phone enquiries, supporting the branch in all aspects of customer service.
  • Ensure minimum stock shrinkage and accurate daily stock counts.
  • Complete transport audits and dispatch documentation as necessary, passing to the Branch Manager for regular sign off.

  • Have a proven track record of sales / business development within the sector, with a good understanding of product knowledge and routes to market.
  • Possess strong I.T. skills, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Have a natural passion for delivering an outstanding experience for the customer.
  • Are confident working under pressure, with the ability to manage and prioritise own diary and workload.
  • Can remain flexible and adaptable to meet ever changing requests and demands.
  • Have a good problem-solving ability.
