Our JP Corry Belfast (Springfield Rd.) team are looking for a part-time Sales Coordinator (circa 20 hours) to support the continued expansion of our sales teams. This newly developed role will support the sales process from start to finish, liaising with both our sales teams and customers internally and externally, to help drive our architectural ironmongery offerings.

As a Sales Coordinator (Part-Time) with JP Corry, you will:

  • Support the external Sales team with potential customer requests e.g. technical information, updated quotes or required product certification.
  • Follow up inbound enquiries from customers, i.e. informing them of expected quotation delivery or status of quotes.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with JPC Door department.
  • Support sales team, when required, with estimating projects and tracking development of quotations.
  • Manage and update quotations on the CRM system in line with CRM team specifications to support sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring timely communication and information exchange i.e. the return of prices.
  • Maintain experience and knowledge in the Architectural Ironmongery industry and associated product ranges.

So if you…

  • Have extensive proven knowledge of the Architectural Ironmongery specification market.
  • A proven track record of sales / business development within the Architectural Ironmongery sector, with a good understanding of product knowledge and routes to market.
  • Ideally, will be a G.A.I. Diploma holder or working towards the qualification.
  • Can demonstrate proven experience of door sets and access control - would be advantageous.
  • Possess strong I.T. skills, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Have a natural passion for delivering an outstanding experience for the customer.
  • Are confident working under pressure, with the ability to manage and prioritise own diary and workload.
  • Can remain flexible and adaptable to meet ever changing requests and demands.
  • Have a good problem-solving ability.
  • Ideally have prior experience of using a CRM system.
