Our Trafford Park Sales team have an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Internal Sales Consultant to join them in providing phenomenal customer service experiences. Acting as a brand ambassador at all times, you’ll actively recommend improvement solutions for the entire sales cycle, supporting the sales team throughout the process to achieve KPI’s and resolve customer issues and concerns.

As an Internal Sales Consultant with International Timber, you will:

  • Achieve key sales and margin targets by building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Support the achievement of the internal and external sales and margin targets.
  • Accurately and efficiently process customer requests, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Maintain accurate and current information in the brand’s CRM system.
  • Support management in achieving team objectives, such as sales campaigns, by working as part of a dedicated team dynamic.
  • Be committed to continuous professional development and personal growth.

So if you have...

  • Previous sales/customer service experience with a demonstrable focus on achieving above and beyond.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, as attitude really is key for this role.
  • Knowledge of timber products - desirable, though full training will be given.
  • The ability to work under pressure and deal with customer queries.
  • An organised and upbeat personality, where you are used to working in fast-paced environments.
  • A 100% dedication to deliver an excellent customer experience, by going that extra mile at all times whilst supporting a proactive culture.
