Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Trafford Park, Manchester

Salary: Competitive

This position is working for International Timber who are a part of the Saint Gobain group who are the Global winners of TOP EMPLOYER 2017 and 2018.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our International Timber site based in Manchester. As a sales executive you will to lead a sales team to deliver the sales and margin targets in the product category they are responsible for.This will support the overall company objectives

International Timber supplies timber and panel products to a diverse range of industry sectors in the UK. In each sector that we operate, we aim to provide a solution that fits its unique needs and requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver sales and margin results
  • Set out plan to visit to customers and report monthly on activity
  • Development of self and team
  • Delivery of agreed actions to achieve strategy
  • Growth of customer base
  • Support the achievement of the internal and external sales and margin targets
  • Accurate and timely completion of customer requests
  • Maintaining accurate and current information in the brand’s CRM system
  • Support manager to achieve team objectives, such as sales campaigns

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Educated to degree level or industry equivalent or willing to undertake study towards the relevant qualification
  • Previous sales experience within the business sector
  • Specialist product or sector knowledge
  • Previous people management experience (preferred)
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Develop an agreed strategy for growth within their product category
  • Ability to manage and develop self and team members
  • Product and sector knowledge within the business
