Sales Specialist – Minster, Carlisle

We are looking for someone who can proactively contribute to maximizing the profitability through successfully building strong working relationships with our valued customers, colleagues and suppliers.

What does a Sales Specialist do?

  • Build customer relationships to support achievement of sales and profit targets
  • Develop new customer accounts and lapsed accounts
  • Pricing of customer enquiries and working with supplier to obtain support where required.
  • Following up on quotes and turning into confirmed sales
  • Continuously improve customer experience
  • Proactively identify, target, chase and secure new business opportunities
  • Support Line Manager in delivery of key KPIs for your branch, carry out all cash transactions, refund and till processes accurately and safeguard companies stock, money and all other company assets.

Experience in the industry is not essential, as we have plenty of great training to build your product knowledge if you are willing to learn.
