You’ll be working for our Supply Chain Solutions in Hull. This is one of more than 30 exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK.

A great Order Processor / Customer Service Trainee at supply Chain Solutions (Previously International Timber) will put the customer first, focusing on finding solutions for them and building trust. Truly acting as an entrepreneur you will be proactive, taking time to understand your customers. You’ll also show resilience when things don’t go according to plan; being open to new ideas and happy to learn.

For the right candidate this role offers full training and the chance to gain your NVQ 3 in Customer Service. You will receive a high level of support and on the job training as we show you how to use our IT systems and work closely with customers to build long lasting relationships.

This role would be an ideal opportunity for a recent college leaver looking for the next step or someone with a proven employment track record who might be looking for a change in career direction.

Once you have completed your training you will also benefit from the great work / life balance that comes from a mix of office based and working from home.

Working hours - (Mon to Friday – 3 x 08:00 – 17:00 / 2 x 08:30 – 17:00)

What will I be doing in the role?
Working as part of a 10 strong team taking orders from our network of customers and inputting this information on to the inhouse IT systems, dealing with customer enquiries / complaints, creating customer quotes, raising credit notes, aftersales support and overall delivering a best in class service to our customers and your colleagues;
