How will you support us?  

 

As a Customer Development Manager you will assist the Business Unit in the on-boarding and development of new accounts; supporting the external team on conversion of live quotes and Build Aviator pipelines and the management and development of key accounts. Working with all functions to develop and leverage the scale of the Business Unit.

  • On-board all new accounts within the Business Unit, ensuring that they start and continue to spend
  • Work with customers and the external sales team to agree and set terms of trade
  • Support the external sales team with preparation and conversion of all quotations
  • Help manage and convert the Business Unit sales pipeline with a keen focus on Build Aviator
  • Develop trust relationships with key Business Unit customers to maintain and improve profitability
  • Pro-actively phone targeted customers to improve the share of wallet
  • Provide customer insights to the Sales Manager to identify opportunities
  • Work with the branch teams to execute the local Business Unit sales plan
  • When on site must comply with all EHS policies and procedures
