How will you support us?   

 

As a National Sales Director you will support the development and implementation of Fire Protection Product Range into Minster. And identify sales potential and identified market segments to achieve growth in the size of the customer base, through the effective management and development of a portfolio of customers. This role is a National role covering the whole of the UK – so travel is expected.

 

On a day to day basis, you can expect to;

  •  Work as an integral part of the senior management team to develop and support the delivery of fire protection into the business as well as managing a small team
  • Work with the Regional Sales Manager to define and implement regional sales plans for Fire Protection
  • To work proactively on Innovative solutions with Suppliers / Customers
  • Build close working relationships with branch network to ensure a successful launch of the new product training
  • Develop effective supplier relationships in order to maximise customer sales opportunities

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience and a solid understanding of fire protection and fire stopping
  • Experience of leading and managing a small team

  • The confidence and self-motivation to drive the sales and your team forward
