How will you support us?  

As a Tool Hire Supervisor you will support the Tool Hire side of the branch in driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered, whilst maximising operational productivity, and leading your team. 

 

On a daily basis, you can expect to; 


•    Ensure sales orders and delivery schedules are processed accurately and promptly 
•    Supervise a small team to ensure that profitable customer relationships are built and maintained as well as day to day people management tasks
•    Drive sales and seek new business opportunities with new and existing customers
•    Administration duties to ensure that all tool hire reports and health & safety data is up to date

To be suitable for the Tool Hire Supervisor role you will have: 

 

•    Experience from a similar environment – from a merchants background
•    A proven track record of sales and is driven to always push sales forward
•    Experience of supervising or manager a small team of people 
•    The motivation to work proactively and use own initiative to drive the business forward
•    A full UK licence
