This Contract Manager role is working in our branch in Loughborough, managing key customers to maximise profitability for the branch. By building successful working relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers alike, you’ll ensure we consistently deliver excellent customer service.

Key day to day duties include:

  • Managing key aspects of customer’s delivery, giving an excellent customer experience, working towards profit and sales targets
  • Developing and building a strong effective relationship for the business with the customer
  • Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion
  • Ensuring all contracted KPI targets are met on a monthly basis
  • Understanding local market issues and managing customer feedback to continuously improve customers’ experience with Jewson
  • Working with other branches in the UK across all SGBD brands, liaising with internal and external customers.
