This Customer Design Consultant role is working in our Jewson Branch in Fulham, a well-respected branch in a very busy building area of London, made up of an experienced and successful team. Jewson is the biggest employer in the UK Saint-Gobain business, with over 500 braches.

What will I be doing in this role?

The Customer Design Consultant position is key to the performance of the branch. It requires someone who can provide a consultative sales approach with our customers, building strong relationships and trust to help them find the best solution to fit their needs.

Key day to day duties include:

  • Providing quotes and designing kitchens and bathrooms from detailed plans, working from concept to completion.

  • Assisting customers that visit our showroom and having regular contact with suppliers.

  • Identifying new business opportunities with the Showroom Manager for lead generation and follow up.

  • Collecting feedback and driving our social media presence to increase awareness of our showroom offers.

  • Excellent customer service and sales experience – essential.

  • Able to manage and prioritise your workload, with a flexible/adaptable approach to work.

  • Relevant technical/product knowledge - desirable
