As a Sales Manager you will be field-based near Denmead and surrounding areas. Jewson is the biggest employer in the UK Saint-Gobain business, with over 500 braches.

What will I be doing in this role?

The Sales Manager position is key to the performance of the Huntingdon Business Unit. It requires someone to Manage all sales resource available to the business unit and develop the sales team         

Key day to day duties include:

  • Support in the transformation of Jewson and the Business Unit
  • Develop, lead, coach and support the sales team in delivering a differentiated customer value proposition
  • Develop strong relationships with all key customers, working closely with colleagues to ensure customer relationships are managed at all levels across the business unit
  • Lead, coach and support the sales team to deliver a larger share of the customer’s wallet
  • Implement the national sales plan across the business unit with support from the Business Unit Director
  • Lead and support on recruitment of all sales vacancies across the business unit

  • Previous experience of managing a sales team
