Tool Hire Sales Advisor – Jewson Builders Merchants

Competitive Salary – Based in Leeds, West Yorkshire

Our team is growing! We have a brand new opportunity for a Tool Hire Sales Advisor to join our National Tool Hire Sales Centre in Leeds.

Working as part of a close-knit team, you will support sales growth nationally within the Tool Hire specialism, closely collaborating with the wider branch network to develop existing customer accounts, as well as targeting and securing new business opportunities.

Our Tool Hire staff are all about finding the best solution possible for our customers, supplying them with anything from cement mixers to landscaping equipment to diggers, ensuring our customers can hire what they need, when they need it. So if you need a Tool Hire product or equipment for a one off project, at Jewson we have it all!

As a Tool Hire Sales Advisor with Jewson, you will:

  • Support the Tool Hire Sales Centre with effective management of Tool Hire web orders and sales leads.
  • Liaise with the wider Tool Hire/branch network and suppliers to ensure all relevant information is shared, ensuring leads are followed up on and secured business is shared.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to resolve any arising issues and develop new, innovative processes to continually develop our Tool Hire proposition.
  • Ensure all collections are proactively managed and processed effectively, maintaining stock levels within the wider Tool Hire and supplier network.
  • Focus on both your own and your colleagues’ development by sharing Tool Hire knowledge and best practices to ultimately enhance the customer experience.
