Here at Minster, we have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to champion our roofing and cladding product offerings in the South West.

Reporting in to the Regional Director, you’ll help maximise the region’s sales potential by increasing product sales and achieving a sizeable growth in our local customer base. You’ll also need to effectively manage and develop a portfolio of key customers and clients.

As a Regional Sales Manager with Minster, you will:

  • Support the introduction of sales of new and specialist products to customers within the region, supporting the Sales Representatives to ensure sales and margin targets are achieved
  • Seek out opportunities to identify future and existing sales opportunities within the Area.
  • Support the achievement of sales targets of new products whilst maintaining growth on existing products.
  • Build close and trusted working relationships with operational colleagues to ensure excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction are delivered to customers and in order to achieve company’s goals.
  • Develop, own and manage personal customer portfolio.
  • Develop effective supplier relationships in order to maximise customer sales opportunities.

To be suitable for the Regional Sales Manager role you will have:

  • A proven track record of achieving sales growth at a senior level.
  • A proven track record of developing customer relationships to increase business.
  • A proven ability to influence key decision makers to achieve results.
  • Budget management experience - desirable.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Previous experience of managing a team to achieve business results.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Numerate and problem solving skills - essential.
  • The ability to work within a team locally, regionally, and nationally.
