Who are we ?
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic customer focused individual to join our passionate and knowledgeable Customer Service Team as one of our talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors. You will be working 2 shifts between 8am to 5pm (8am to 4pm and 9am to 5pm) Monday to Friday. You will have the weekends, bank holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year off as we don’t work these days! We have 3 roles in total, one Permanent and two 12 month Fixed Term Contracts.
How will you support us?
This role is working with British Gypsum in East Leake, Leicestershire where you will be responsible for supporting our Commercial customers via inbound phone calls, emails, electronic orders etc. for product orders.
In the role as a Customer Service Advisor you will provide exceptional customer service with every interaction you have with our customers whether that be verbal or written communication. You will need to be a team player who will support in all other areas, for example, with processing returns, dealing with bespoke orders, complaints and credits to name a few. You will be required to liaise closely with our internal teams who deal with Sales, Distribution, Logistics and Hauliers.

- A passion and flare for providing excellent customer service, with an ability to quickly build a good rapport with people.
- The enthusiasm and the confidence to speak with customers and make decisions where needed to solve an issue.
- The ability to multi-task and problem solve, as this role offers you the chance to be involved with a lot more than your typical Customer Service Advisor opportunity.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
