Who are we ?

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our passionate and knowledgeable Technical Sales Team as the Divisional Technical Sales Director. This exciting role will see you lead and develop the northern divisional technical sales team, to identify, create and implement the strategic planning to maximise the key system specification opportunities, by the clear articulation of the value proposition within the commercial sectors for the North and Scotland.

The northern technical sales members are a highly experienced and highly driven team with vast knowledge of the internal systems industry. Their commercial and technical acumen enables them to target and influence the key stakeholders of prioritised commercial sector projects by the articulation of the value proposition delivering profitable system sales.

 

What will you be doing in the role?

In the role as Divisional Technical Sales Director you will;

  • Adhere and promote the company H&S policy and procedures
  • Network and develop relationships with key senior customers
  • Create technical sales strategy and delivery
  • Drive team activity to achieve company targets
  • Coach and develop the team
