Area Sales Manager

Why do we need you ?

At Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions  we are looking for an Area Sales Manager  covering the East London region. You will be working with a client base across distribution and sub-contracting across our BG and Isover product bases. 

A typical day in the role will involve being out and meeting with our customers, speaking about our products, their projects and growing out our relationships.  

 

You will be covering the following postcodes: CM, E, EC, EN, IG, RM, SS. 

 

The role does require travel across your allocated geographical split and as such successful candidates must have a full UK driving license.   

 

What we’re looking for:  

  • Previous experience of working in a sales/commercial environment with a particular focus on being customer-minded  
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally with an ability to build and strengthen key relationships with stakeholders at all levels  
  • Adaptability, with an ability to adjust your approach and bring in fresh new ideas  
  • Able to be proactive, setting yourself and us up for success  
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous priorities 

What you will be doing: 

  • Visiting customers, proactively servicing and growing out your client base across your regional patch 
  • Servicing our customers, stakeholders (both internal and external) to a high degree 
  • Be the focal point between customers, sales teams and other stakeholders
