This is a fixed term contract position covering maternity leave for a period of 12 months.

 

How will you support us?

This role is working with Weber where you will be responsible for supporting the teams to deliver world class service to customer journeys and lifecycles, manage projects and help deliver on improvement activities and to take ownership of customer feedback following surveys, and building strong customer relationships.

 

In the role as a Customer Experience Advisor you will;

  • Work with the Customer Experience Manager to support and deliver projects which will support improvements to the customer’s experience
  • Regularly review complaint data and survey feedback to identify trends and report on potential areas for improvement
  • Actively contact customers following surveys to improve service
  • Process all service complaints resolution whilst ensuring the highest standard of service

In order to be successful in this role, you must have;

  • Proven experience of handing customers on a day to day basis and have the passion for helping customer issues
  • Some sort of project experience – where you have handled various tasks in your workload
  • Experience with managing and influencing various people to ensure positive results are achieved
  • The flexibility and resilience to understand each customer is different and must be handled on an individual basis
  • Proven PowerPoint and Excel skills
