Who are we ?

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our passionate and knowledgeable Sales team as the Sales Administrator. This exciting role will see you regularly engage with Artex customers across the UK within a specific Account base and focus on our customers’ needs and ensure customer retention by providing excellent levels of customer satisfaction.

What will you be doing in the role?

In the role as Sales Administrator you will;

  • Provide a dedicated point of contact; owning the customer relationship, through having a comprehensive knowledge of the customers' account
  • Generate leads & opportunities from the set account base and recording all  up to contact details using CRM
  • Create and generate sales reports for both our customers and internal teams
  • Take a proactive approach to building relationships and engaging with customers making the customer feel supported
  • Work closely with the Business Manager to optimise opportunities and deliver the business plan

  • Competent user of MS Office, including creating and running database reports
  • Good planning and organisational skills to ensure workloads are managed effectively
