How will you support us?

 

This role is working with Weber where you will be responsible for driving improvement in supplier performance. You will maintain an up to date database of supplier data including supplier certification, raw material, and factored goods.

 

In the role as a Supplier Quality Analyst you will;

 

  • Extract and analyse supplier data and presents score card to suppliers. Works with suppliers, Weber quality team and Weber supply chain to continuously improve supplier performance.

  • Maintains supplier capability report.

  • Support the Supplier Non-Conformance (SNC) process and the quality assurance team in supplier audits.

  • Support the manufacturing control team (MCT) in forecasting to support supplier capability process.

  • Works with Weber marketing team to develop and manage a process for purchasing best practice for the introduction of packaging for finished goods, and for factored goods.

  • Works with weber quality team to develop and support a process for ensuring quality of factored goods including supply specifications and supplier audits.

In order to be successful in this role, you must be;

 

  • Experienced in analysing data and providing reports on the analysis of the data.

  • Experience of SAP and strong Excel knowledge (including pivot capability, knowledge of logic and look-up/reference functions, and chart skills)

  • Methodical and detail oriented, organised and able to complete tasks comprehensively in advance. 

  • Able to influence at all levels of the business.

  • Able to build relationships with suppliers in order to improve Weber business performance.
