You will be responsible for developing and designing our Rencol® Tolerance Ring platform technology and also leading the exciting and technically challenging customer applications globally, extending our ability to make a difference. Working in an open, creative and innovative enviroment, you will take initial concepts to the point of production hand over. 

This role is a high profile, challenging and exciting one and we are looing for exceptional candidates that will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a Mechanical Engineering field, have knowledge of mechanical design, experience of managing projects and have high level of problem solving. With excellent organisational skills and attention to detail you will be a valuable team member who can equally work independently.

Within this role, 10-15% of your time will be made up travelling which can be worldwide; therefore a flexible approach is required.
