This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer to join our passionate and knowledgeable Marketing Team as the Brand Manager.

This exciting role will see you develop the Thistle brand by designing specific brand communication strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders to build market awareness and achieve commercial goals. Whilst, utilising your vast experience in communications management, planning and strategy development. It is preferable to have business or marketing degree or professional marketing qualifications and ideally experience of the construction industry.

How will you support us?

In the role as Brand Manager you will;

  • Ensure a safe working environment and encourages customers to act safely.

  • Be an internal champion of protecting and developing the Thistle brand. As well as managing specific customer audiences, building a clear understanding of differing needs.

  • Experiment with communication implementation to create awareness and support behavioural change, with clear brand measures.

  • Create communications strategy for specific audiences, sectors and products.

  • Manage relationships with third parties and cultivate best practice communications.

For the Brand Manager specifically it is important that you have:

  • Business marketing degree or professional marketing qualification (i.e. CIM or ACIM)

  • Communications management, planning and development experience with B2B and B2C audiences.

  • Experience of managing multiple marketing agencies, marketing project and budgets with project leadership experience.

  • Ideally have commercial awareness of the construction industry. 

  • Digital marketing skills or experience.
