This role is working with British Gypsum, part of the Saint-Gobain group, and the UK’s leading manufacturer of interior lining systems. Our mission is to develop innovative products and services that help customers build better spaces to live, work and play.

What impact will you have in this role?

In this role, in conjunction with the Systems development team and British Gypsum Brand Manager you will design propositions and campaigns to drive the specification and sale of our products and systems. This will include;

  • Responsibility for marketing the overarching proposition of British Gypsum Systems to key influencers of the specification.
  • Driving an increase in product sales and ensure stocking positions in our customers preferred routes to market.
  • Marketing management of the System portfolio and each systems differentiation in the market.
  • Set the marketing strategies to deliver specific campaign goals.
  • Assesses Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and demonstrates return on marketing investment.

  • Proven in their ability to manage marketing strategy, ideally from a similar sector/product range.
  • Experienced in and can demonstrate successful delivery of technical, performance based specification sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Comfortable communicating, presenting, and persuading a range of stakeholders.
  • An ambitious self-starter who is happy to get out from behind their desk and make things happen.
