Then we have a fantastic new opportunity for a customer service oriented individual such as yourself to join the SGTS team in Huddersfield as a Service Desk Analyst.

Our SGTS team provide digital support and guidance across our UK & Ireland sites, servicing 13,000 users in over 900+ locations. It’s safe to say then that there’s never a dull moment. It’s a fast paced and challenging environment in SGTS, but also one in which we aim to help Saint-Gobain’s many businesses achieve their projects and daily IT activities. So if it’s IT related, it’s down to us to help!  

What impact will I have in this role?

As a Service Desk Analyst with SGTS UK&I, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing an efficient, personalised support service to our business users.
  • Ensuring that work is correctly prioritised and actioned to meet fixed business service levels agreements and deadlines.
  • Actioning tickets promptly, in a professional service led manner.
  • Wherever possible resolving and closing tickets at the first point of contact.
  • Remaining calm, focused and professional.

  • 1st line/IT support experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
