Position description

Support Analyst- Customer Facing

Huddersfield- Hybrid Working 3 days office 2 days home


7 days a week based on rotating shift Monday to Sunday (2 weekends in 6)

We are now looking for a Support Analyst to join a brand new team in Huddersfield. You will provide customer focused service desk providing first line support to Saint–Gobain e-commerce platform and other customer facing services. The role will involve supporting customers with technical queries, providing first point of contact fixes and escalation to other teams within the business.


You will act as the first point of contact for all technical customer queries, manage inbound queries through multiple channels of communication while maintaining excellent customer service standards (Phone, Email and Live chat) facilitate the transfer of knowledge throughout the team, providing assistance to other team members as required. Work with both technical and none technical teams to support the customer journey. Manage customer complaints and escalations in a professional manner as well as participate in the transition of new services into the Digital team ensuring a high standard of support is maintained

 What you need to be successful

To be successful in this role you can come from a good customer service background. You’ll likely to have experience of working in a call or contact centre, dealing with and taking inbound calls from customers. You’ll have a confident telephone manner and a desire to learn within a IT/Digital environment.


We are also open to consider graduates with a minimum of 12 months’ experience within a Customer Service background in an office or contact centre.
