We’re now on the lookout for a Project Change Manager who will be responsible for investigating and co-ordinating the delivery of digital transformation projects. Working closely with the brand, IT and the Digital team, you'll support quality customer and colleague experience improvements to help drive digital change within the business.

As a Project Change Manager with Saint-Gobain, you will:

  • Develop and coordinate project / change management plans, including capacity planning in relation to supporting SGBD brands.
  • Provide effective reviews, updates and assessments during and after the programme is complete, identifying risks and issues and proposing mitigating actions including escalation
  • Provide expert advice and support to SGBD team during change, resolving any queries and issues.
  • Assist with the creation of the training content and communication to support change, gain buy in and embed ‘business as usual’.
  • Develop and implement monitoring, review and feedback mechanisms to ensure effective transition to new working practices.
  • Arrange, prepare and facilitate meetings, workshops and process walk through reviews in order to test and validate new proposals for process improvements and changes so that actual outcomes match those predicted in business cases.
  • Ensure new business functions and processes are appropriately documented.
  • Build and develop relationships with Digital, IT and the SGBD Team.

For the Project Change Manager role, you will need:

  • Experience of delivering results in a National multi-site business.
  • Experience and knowledge of project management principles (including Agile), methodologies and tools.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • A proven track record of influencing and negotiating with suppliers, stakeholders and partners.
  • Extremely strong relationship management and interpersonal skills with proven ability to challenge effectively and with diplomacy to ensure a continuous focus on rapid benefit realisation.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Detailed and methodical with the ability to develop schedules, resource plan, keep within budget and deliver rapidly whilst monitoring the performance of delivery partners, both internally and externally.
