A truly exciting time to join us here at Saint-Gobain as we prepare to embark on our new Digital Transformation project. Saint-Gobain is a global leader in the construction industry with a presence in over 67 countries. As a Digital Cloud DevOps & Release Manageryou will be primarily responsible for the creation and ongoing running of our CI/CD DevOps pipeline used by our supplier partners and the management and protection of releases through, where appropriate, Build/Develop, QA, UAT, Pre-Prod and Production environments across the Digital estate. This will include all consumer-facing (B2B, B2C & B2B2C) Digital assets (websites, eCommerce, mobile apps, IoT & specialist applications to support new revenue generation through diversification).

So if you…

  • Have previous experience as a Release Manager, Development Operations Architect or Development Operations Engineer.
  • Are able to work cohesively with external partners, suppliers and product owners.
  • Can develop common strategies for release governance across multiple departments and supply partners.
  • Can establish consistent release management processes and create release documentation controls with partners and ensure release. information is correctly published and maintained internally.
  • Are able to forecast demand for release resources and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
  • Can create, Track and maintain a published enterprise-wide release and deployment calendar.
  • Are willing to inform senior management of enterprise-wide exposure to release risk and effectively mitigate it.
  • Are able to measure release cadence and effectiveness using common metrics across the entire portfolio.
  • Have a good understanding of enterprise eCommerce platforms (preferably Hybris).
