A truly exciting time to join us here at Saint-Gobain as we prepare to embark on our new Digital Transformation project. Saint-Gobain is a global leader in the construction industry with a presence in over 67 countries. As an Atlassian Systems Admin & DevOps Support you will be responsible for the setup and administration of the UK Digital Instance of Atlassian’s Jira & Confluence instances. Supporting the teams throughout the development life cycle, you will enable effective tracking, reporting, collaboration and communication through Atlassian tooling, supporting the varying needs and requirements of each project and identifying best practices to support their requirements.

So if you…

  • Have knowledge of or experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Have experience in customising security and success rules, along with integration with IAM/Access Control Management.
  • Have experience of using tools such as Gliffy, Trello, BitBucket.
  • Have experience in full setup and customization of Atlassian solutions, including Jira and Confluence within complex multi-site environments.
  • Are comfortable with coaching users and advocating tooling features to drive adoption of JIRA and confluence.
  • Are able to write custom JQL (Jira Query Language) and SQL queries.
  • Can construct reporting dashboards and MI to drive delivery insights.
