HR Advisor, Salary: circa £32k per annum

Location: Bristol, Start date: ASAP

We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our HR Team.  The role will primarily involve supporting the HR Business Partner by supporting with employee relation activities.

Other job responsibilities will include:

·         Support managers with ER issues

·         Lead the end to end recruitment cycle

·         Manage the full employee experience

·         Manage the employee absence recording process (holiday/sickness) and arrange follow up as appropriate

·         Lead onsite payroll activity

·         Provide general administration support.

The candidate should have the following qualifications and experience:

·         CIPD qualified or willing to work towards

·         Implementation and coordination of HR policies and procedures

·         Coordination and participating in recruitment processes – including interviewing

·         Knowledge of employment law, specifically grievance and discipline, contracts, family-friendly, unfair dismissal, discrimination
