Credit Controller- Saint- Gobain Shared Services- Hybrid East Leake/ Home

This is a very flexible role embracing hybrid working of two days in the East Leake office and three days working from home. However there are some skills and experience we require from you:


  • Customer service experience is a must
  • Previous experience in a credit collection role is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 GCSEs A-C (including English and Maths), or equivalent.
  • Experience working within target orientated environment


Our Credit Controllers are responsible to minimise overdues and proactively chase customer accounts as identified by the Credit Control Manager and Credit Control Supervisor.

Some day to day activities include

  • Have overall responsibility for their ledgers
  • Using Sidetrack- a collection and diary management programme
  • Cash posting
  • Contacting customers
  • Liaising with other teams i.e Sales and Customer Service teams
  • Monthly client meetings
  • Adhoc project work
