Credit Controller (Part-Time: 25 Hours, Fixed Term) - Bassetts - Portadown, County Armagh

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts.
  • Maximise cash-flow & reduction of bad debt.
  • Contacting overdue accounts by phone, email & letter.
  • Processing payments.
  • Account reconciliation & query resolution.
  • Liaising with Insolvency Service & 3rd party companies/ solicitors in cases of IVA, CVA, Bankruptcy or Winding Up Orders.
  • Preparing files for litigation when required.
  • Ad-hoc administration tasks as required.


  • Minimum of 1 year's administrative experience within a finance department.
  • Experience of account reconciliation.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks.
