Who are we ?

Our IDS Thurrock team are looking for a dedicated Night Shift Supervisor to manage the effective running of the night shift team. You’ll ensure that all customer orders and general warehouse duties are carried out efficiently, providing every IDS customer with exceptional customer service.

What will I be doing in the role?

In the role as a Night Shift Supervisor, you will:

  • Organise/collect pre-shift paperwork for laminate section (pick sheets; load sheets from Transport office) and ensure it is correct

  • Interpret laminate pick sheets throughout shift to ensure the correct products are picked and delivered to customers in the Nuneaton delivery area

  • Pick sheets of laminate and either roll or palletise them, ready for delivery

  • Quality adherence, ie ensuring products are picked correctly and in perfect condition

  • Supporting the Branch Manager/Night Shift Manager in ensuring all health and safety procedures on site are met to the highest standards as required within SGBD
